We will be having an IPA Family Law Section Spring Meeting on Friday, May 16, 2008, at 4:00 p.m. at the offices of Bingham McHale.  Refreshments will be served and we will have a guest speaker.  Dr. Richard Lawlor will give a presentation on custody evaluations.  He will outline the typical evaluation process, including insights as to what he looks for during the evaluation as well as how he breaks down the personality tests.  He also will discuss parental alienation, whichhas become a hot topic in the family law area.  This is a great chance to get some valuable information on custody evaluations for yourself as well as to share with clients.  Please RSVP to Nichole Miller by Monday, May 12, if you plan to attend.  Hope to see everyone on May 16!
