Update on Paralegal Registration
David L. Jones is one of the founding partners of Jones • Wallace, LLC. He works in various areas of practice including: civil litigation, law enforcement liability, civil rights, municipal law, employment law, construction law, personal injury and many other areas. David attended the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and served in the United States Marine Corps, Kings Point, New York, received his Undergraduate Degree from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Evansville and his J.D. from Indiana University.
Some of David’s achievements are 5,000 Personalities of the World, 2nd Edition for Service to Community and Outstanding Legal Achievements Men of Achievement, 13th Edition, Distinguished Services; Indiana Super Lawyer, 2004; Mardintale-Hubbell AV Rating; and American Society of Legal Advocates, Top 100 Litigation Lawyers in the State of Indiana for the year 2013. David is also very active in his community. Some of his community activities are as a sponsor to American Federation of the Blind; YMCA of Evansville, Indiana; Board of Directors, Evansville Police Department Foundation, Inc.; and Board of Directors, Potter’s Wheel Ministries.
He has been a proponent of paralegal registration for over 10 years, and was vital in obtaining the House of Delegates approval of Rule 9 in October of this year.
