 February 18, 2015 Monthly Meeting

11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Please join us for the Indiana Paralegal Association's

February 18, 2015 monthly meeting.

Guest Speaker:

Tim Wilcox
International Investigators, Inc.

Topic:  Threats to Eavesdropping through Cellphones, Computers and other Techniques, Data Recovery and Locating Hidden Assets

Before he became the most recognized Indiana private investigator, practical involvement in the engineering, design and sales of electronic security systems for Circle Alarm provided Tim Wilcox with the experience necessary to provide security consultation for International Investigators, Inc. when it was still operated by the original founders during the 1960s. His preliminary collaboration with the former FBI, CIA and military intelligence agents of the initial International Investigators, Inc. allowed him to develop a deeper understanding of the business, and eventually led to his purchase of the company in 1970. With a solid background in marketing and management, he was able to build the company into one of the most successful privately-owned investigative firms based in the Midwest. A skilled and well-known Indiana investigator, Mr. Wilcox specializes in security consultation, internal theft investigations, protection of proprietary information and communications, computer and cellular forensics and litigation support. He has been instrumental in reducing corporate shrinkage and eliminating vulnerabilities for companies worldwide.

Mr. Wilcox has earned the reputation as the top Indiana private investigator in legal, corporate, insurance and personal matters which has resulted in countless personal appearances on local and national news programs. This rich background as an Indiana investigator keeps him in high demand as a speaker at public events, continuing legal education events and conferences.

Tim Wilcox is a member of the World Association of Detectives, the National Association of Legal Investigators (NALI), the Society for Competitive Intelligence Professionals, the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), and the Indiana Association of Professional Investigators. He is also active in the community through participation in the Downtown Kiwanis Club, the Gyro Club of Indianapolis, The Columbia Club and the Venture Club of Indiana. Tim was appointed by Gov. Mitch Daniels to the Indiana Professional Licensing Board for Private Investigators and Security Guards in 2006 and still continues to serve.
