The Precedent is the official publication of the Indiana Paralegal Association, Inc. ("IPA") and is published monthly. The subscription fee is included in the membership dues. Articles written by individuals express the views of the author and are not necessarily those of IPA. Additionally, IPA's policy is not to endorse any advertisement. Therefore, publication of the advertisement does not constitute endorsement. Original items printed are the property of IPA and may not be reproduced without prior consent. Letters to the editor are encouraged, but must be signed in order to be published. The editor reserves the right to edit material for clarity and space.
