CLE is titled “When Two Worlds Collide: Bankruptcy and Family Law"

IPA's first CLE for 2018 is scheduled for Thursday, March 8, 2018, from Noon 1:00 pm. 

You do not want to miss this CLE, “When Two Worlds Collide: Bankruptcy and Family Law". It will be held at Krieg DeVault's downtown location, 1 Indiana Square, 27th Floor, Room C4.

The Guest Speaker is Eric N. Engebretson, an attorney at Whitham, Hebenstreit & Zubek, LLP, that has a General Civil Practice concentrating in Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Probate/Estate Planning. His concentration in Family Law and Bankruptcy provides him with the opportunity to assist his bankruptcy clients in addressing the legal ramifications of various orders entered in connection with divorce and family law cases, including domestic support obligations.
