How Emotional Intelligence can help you on the job
Emotional Intelligence refers to a person’s ability to be aware of and express their emotions. If you are interested in creating better relationships inside and outside of the office, this workshop is for you! Participants will take a short quiz to determine their Emotional Intelligence ‘score’ and talk about tips to improve communication through self-awareness.
Jaime Lira is the Marketing Director for Cohen & Malad, LLP. In addition to working with lawyers for the past seven years, she also has over 17 years of management and leadership experience. Jaime earned her MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She regularly speaks to groups of professionals on topics related to leadership, networking, branding, and marketing.
