Dr. Minju Witte is a professional development consultant and the founder of Empower Etiquette. A sought-after keynote speaker, she helps leaders, companies, and organizations strengthen workplace communication, executive presence, and trust in professional relationships. She is a licensed business etiquette consultant trained by The Emily Post Institute. Minju holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Piano Performance from The Juilliard School and a doctorate from Stony Brook University (SUNY). Minju spent 15 years as a college professor, where she developed expertise in high-stakes communication, decision-making, and leadership presence—skills she now applies in executive coaching and consulting. Born in South Korea and raised in Indiana, Minju now lives in Indianapolis with her husband.
