Title company looking for a paralegal working in the real estate department of a law firm who is familiar with attorney comment letters for title commitments and commercial surveys; familiar with interpreting commercial surveys; and familiar with title policies and endorsements.  Ideal candidate is currently working or has worked in the past with title companies in preparation for commercial real estate closings.
