The Precedent is the official publication of the Indiana Paralegal Associations, Inc. ("IPA") and is published monthly. The subscription rate is included in the membership dues. Articles written by individuals express the views of the author and are not necessarily those of IPA. Additionally, IPA's policy is not to endorse any advertisement.
