Need experienced paralegal, especially in the area of litigation.  Assist drafting and preparing litigation documents including discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, briefs, and calculate child support using Indiana Child Support Obligation Worksheet.  Finalize briefs and court filings, track litigation deadlines and conduct research on Westlaw.  Schedule client meetings and respond to client inquiries.  Organize/present exhibits for depositions.  Coordinate with Experts on documents needed for Expert Reports.
