A small but active boutique law firm in Indianapolis is seeking a candidate to assist our intellectual property attorneys with matters related to patent and trademark document preparation, reporting, filings, and other general paralegal duties. Responsibilities: Assisting with patent and trademark submissions to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; analyzing and processing communications related to U.S. and foreign patent and trademark matters and any other related correspondence; monitoring USPTO accounts on a daily basis; emailing USPTO actions to clients and reporting deadlines; preparing client letters; and communicating with foreign associates about patent and trademark matters.
