We are a thriving, successful law firm with nine offices located throughout Indiana. You could work out of one of our locations in Indiana or work remotely if you live close enough to appear in the office for appointments or as needed; working fully-remotely is also a possibility for the right candidate. We are seeking a paralegal with at least five years of experience, with prior experience in family law, criminal law, and/or estate planning. Duties include preparation of pleadings, letters, discovery requests, discovery responses/exhibits, e-filing, scheduling appointments/depositions, general client communication, organization of files, basic strategic planning, hearing and trial preparation, and proactively moving cases forward.
