Each award recipient will receive formal recognition during the awards luncheon at the Annual Convention, on the NFPA website, in the National Paralegal Reporter and in press releases.

Thomson Reuters Scholarship Deadline Approaching
Thomson Reuters has agreed again this year to sponsor the paralegal student scholarships. All completed applications must be post-marked by July 1, 2016 in order to be considered.

The next API Review Courses begin June 20, 2016. These review courses will assist paralegals in preparing to take the PCCE and PACE. The online review courses run for seven weeks plus a brief pre-course orientation to familiarize students with the website and the First Class platform used by API.
API courses are taught through computer-mediated distance learning. Students may communicate with instructors or classmates around the clock from their home or office computer.

Indiana State Bar Association Board of Delegates voted to approve Rule 9 today without discussion! Now it goes to the Indiana Supreme Court Rules Committee. Thank you to all of those who have worked tirelessly to get this approved! This is fantastic news for our profession!!
